2. No Commercial Rights

Donations do not grant any ownership, intellectual property rights, returns, or voting power in the LLP.

3. Governing Law

Any dispute relating to this platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

4. Auditions

Submitting an audition does not guarantee a role. Photos and details submitted are used solely for casting evaluation and are not shared with third parties.

1. What We Collect

When you donate, we collect your name, mobile number, email, and city. Payment details (card/UPI/bank) are handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored by us.

2. How We Use It

Your information is used only to confirm your donation, send a receipt, resolve errors, and meet accounting requirements.

3. Sharing

We never sell or share your data for marketing. Payment processing happens through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Donations made here are voluntary contributions toward our productions, not payment for a product or service.

2. Generally Non-Refundable

Since funds go directly toward production costs, completed donations are final and non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

We'll review refunds for genuine technical errors — duplicate charges, or a payment deducted without being recorded on our system. Write to rudraaadyaent@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
